I am Monika, Midwife, Ka Huna body worker and trauma practitioner.

For the past 16 years I have had the privilege of journeying into women’s mysteries with a focus on pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

I am passionate about uniting the body, mind and spirit to live a fully embodied and joyful life.

I believe our bodies hold the key to our healing, growth and evolution. The wombspace is a particularly sacred area, central to our emotional well-being, creativity and full of unlocked potential.

I offer Mizan Therapy as a deeply gentle and nourishing practice to restore our connection to the natural rhythms of life. This practice can bring healing to the body as well as balance our emotional, physical and spiritual selves.
