Hi, I’m Mandy and was drawn to learning Mizan Therapy. Since learning Mizan, I have started healing my own period problems. They are lighter, becoming more regular and less painful leading up to the bleed. I believe everyone should experience Mizan at least once to feel how beautifully gentle, nourishing and healing it is.

I am located in St Albans but happy to travel to your home within a 30km radius. Every 4-6 weeks I also travel to Port Macdonnell and do Mizan.
